Office Studio
Fix what is costing you customers, revenue or time
Office Studio finds the problem in your digital product or operations that is worth fixing first, then designs and builds the fix. That can be a customer journey, an onboarding or checkout flow, a CRM workflow, an internal tool, or a bounded use of AI.
Every project has an agreed problem, scope, price and delivery date, set before implementation begins.
Previous product work
PJ Roch’s previous product work includes organisations such as lululemon, Dext, Everpress and Sofar Sounds.
Where the problem usually hides
You do not need to know which one it is. Describing what is not working is enough to start.
Customer journey
Discovery, choosing, enquiry, onboarding, checkout and access. Every step is a place a customer can stop.
CRM and lifecycle
What happens after someone becomes a lead or a customer, and whether the record remembers enough to treat them properly.
Product friction
The steps, screens and rules sitting between the user and the thing you need them to finish.
Repetitive operations
Work your staff copy, chase, prepare, check or reconcile every week.
Disconnected systems
The same figure typed into the website, the CRM, a spreadsheet and an inbox.
AI opportunities
Defined work where a model removes labour or makes an existing system more capable. We say so when it is not the answer.
The problem worth fixing first
$7,500. Ten working days.
Office Review examines the parts of your digital business that affect customers, revenue and repeated work. You get the problems in priority order, one demonstration prototype of the change we recommend, and a scoped next step.
It takes about six hours of your team’s time across the two-week review: roughly two and a half hours with the project lead, and three and a half hours shared across the people who do the work.
The prototype demonstrates one recommended change. It is not a production build.
What comes back
- Leadership kick-off
- Staff workflow interviews
- Website and stack review
- Current-state maps
- Prioritised opportunities
- One prototype
- Target system design
- 90-day roadmap
If the problem is already clear, you do not need a review. Describe it and we will propose the build. Discuss a problem.
The build
A build is a bounded project. The problem, the users, the scope, the price, the integrations, the delivery dates and the handover are agreed before implementation begins.
Builds start at $20,000.
A customer-facing product
A website, an onboarding flow, a guided purchase journey, an enquiry system or a checkout.
A lifecycle system
Customer records, segmentation, follow-up, and the rules that decide what happens next.
An internal tool
A quote tool, an operations surface or a content workspace your team uses every week.
An AI-assisted step
A bounded task where a model does the work faster, with human review and fixed rules where they are needed.
Two of these formats have pages of their own, with their own scope and price.
Selected products
These are products PJ Roch designed and built, not client commissions. They are here as evidence of the judgement, the interaction design and the implementation a build gets.
driftspeak
A spoken-audio product, with a repeatable production system behind it.
Nemolines
A line-learning interaction built around first-letter recall.
zinepic
Three photographs become a page of a zine; pages collect into issues.
Todext
A private memory of the people you keep: one typed sentence becomes a reminder, a plan or a date.
AMES Pool
One table, one red eight, one marked pocket: aim, pull and release in one motion.
The studio
Office Studio is led by PJ Roch, a product strategist and systems designer with experience across consumer products, commerce, CRM and digital operations. Projects are delivered directly, with specialist collaborators brought in where the scope requires them.
Tell us what is not working
Describe the customer journey, the workflow or the commercial problem. You do not need to know what the software should be.
